Job summary

Shaheen Chevrolet, Inc. in Lansing is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to deliver the ultimate automotive experience. You will help customers select vehicles, present options, and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role involves meeting monthly unit goals (minimum 13), ongoing product training, and teamwork with finance and service colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery and a positive showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/Leasing/Customer Service/Retail is a plus.
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Sells new vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Satisfies the transportation needs of new-vehicle purchasers.
• Sells and delivers a minimum of 13 units per month or maintains a three month average of 13 units per month.
• Maintains a personal CSI score equal to or exceeding the regional score.
• Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager with complete paperwork.
• Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery and demonstrates operating features.
