The ideal candidate has strong communication, a professional appearance, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet sales goals with minimal supervision. Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Aufgaben

• Help customers with vehicle selection and promote models, features, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and ensure road rules are followed.
• Facilitate delivery by explaining vehicle operation and servicing requirements; maintain sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in a clear, ethical fashion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
