Apply now to join our innovative 12-week ACE program designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to a RN bedside role. This program offers exposure to multiple units, ongoing education, and mentorship from experienced nurses to build confidence and competence.

Position Highlights:

• Eligible for a bonus up to $15K for new grads with less than 1 year of RN experience.
• Work a combination of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including weekends, aligned with your preceptor's schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications safely and according to policies.
• Coordinate patient care and serve as a safety advocate, participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
