Program Overview

The ACE Program is a 12-week initiative designed to support new-to-practice nurses in preparing for an RN bedside role. It offers exposure to multiple units, ongoing education, and mentorship from experienced nurses, helping you find your passion within nursing without the stress of working alone.

Position Details

• This position may be eligible for a bonus up to $15,000 for new graduate RNs with less than 1 year of experience.
• Participants will work a combination of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including weekends, to align with preceptor schedules.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, including data collection, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications safely, coordinate care across hospital departments, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
