• This position may be eligible for a bonus up to $15,000 for new graduate RNs with less than 1 year of experience.

Our passionate nursing staff at Memorial Regional Medical Center is dedicated to compassionate care. The 12-week Accelerated Clinical Education (ACE) Program is designed to support new-to-practice nurses preparing for a bedside RN role. It offers exposure to multiple units, ongoing education, and mentorship from experienced nurses to build confidence and competence.

The program includes:

1. Rotation through various units with observation experiences.
2. Assessment of clinical progression to match participants with suitable units.
3. Work schedule involving 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including weekends, up to 40 hours per week.

During this orientation, you will explore several units to find your passion and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care using the nursing process: data collection, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient teaching and care activities, administer medications safely, and serve as a point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incorporate professional practice standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
