• Minimum of 3-5 years teaching experience in Cedar Rapids Community Schools.
• Strong knowledge and application of best instructional practices.
• Experience improving student achievement and classroom culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support new-to-district teachers with professional practices and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with building leadership and teachers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in job-embedded professional development for new-to-district teachers.
• Provide actionable feedback on professional practices.
• Engage in professional learning to support new teachers to the profession or district.
• Assist new colleagues with policies and procedures at building and district levels.
