Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years teaching experience in Cedar Rapids Community Schools.

Responsibilities

• Support new-to-district teachers with instructional practices and classroom management.
• Collaborate with building leadership and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in job-embedded PD for new-to-district teacher needs.
• Provide actionable feedback on professional practices.
• Engage in professional learning to support new teachers.
• Assist with building- and district-level policies and procedures questions.
