Job summary

Unity Environmental University seeks a New Student Navigator to guide distance education students from application through matriculation. You will assist with financial aid, account activation, course readiness, and career outcomes, communicating via email, text, phone, and video.

A bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills are required. The role involves managing multiple student contacts, maintaining records, and supporting onboarding and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in direct customer support, sales/recruitment, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students via text, email, or video.
• Skilled in managing caseloads, planned engagement, and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed application to matriculation conversion goals.
• Know Unity Distance Education, programs, and policies.
• Assist students with financial aid and funding options.
• Maintain accurate student records using the CRM/SIS.
• Participate in regular training and cross-training.
