The Student Navigator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting new student orientation, focused academic advising, and student support services to help students persist in their program of study. The Student Navigator is the “go‑to” person to help students through the college experience by providing services that include, but are not limited to, orientation, student advisement, academic progress review (traditional, online, and hybrid), collaboration with faculty, and development and coordination of retention and attrition efforts for new and continuing students. The Student Navigator gathers statistical information and develops strategies to promote student satisfaction, persistence to graduation, job placement, and licensure.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
