Job summary

This role supports incoming undergraduates and their families, coordinating programs, assessments, and services essential to student success.

The Office of New Student and Family Programs partners with campus units to deliver comprehensive orientation, leadership development, and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in higher education or student affairs administration.
• Experience delivering student services and coordinating orientation or parent/family programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, supervision, and evaluation of orientation staff.
• Coordinate development and evaluation of leadership training activities for student leaders.
• Assist with planning and delivery of new student orientation programs.
