Job summary

Warby Parker in Delray Beach is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers on opening day and beyond. You will lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team huddles when a manager isn’t present, while sharing Warby Parker's story and mission with shoppers.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, provide thoughtful style advice, and drive entrepreneurial improvements to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position or higher responsibilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset for problem solving
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
• Pride in work and motivation to exceed expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations
• Run team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present
• Open and close the store
• Foster an inclusive culture with customers and colleagues

• Provide thoughtful, honest product advice and styling recommendations
