Job summary

Krispy Krunchy Chicken seeks a Store Opening Specialist to lead in-store execution for NSO openings within an assigned region, ensuring on-brand setup, readiness, and adherence to standards. The role trains Operator and store teams, coordinates equipment, signage, and merchandising, and supports opening-week execution and post-opening transition.

Travel up to 80% is required; a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and training abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of New Store Openings, including opening readiness and training.
• Coordinate setup of equipment, stations, and merchandising materials.
• Validate NSO kits, signage, and brand standards during openings.
• Train store teams on food safety, recipes, equipment, and POS systems.
• Complete opening checklists and maintain opening records.
