Job summary

Krispy Krunchy Foods is seeking a Store Opening Specialist to lead in-store execution for New Store Openings within the assigned region. You will oversee opening readiness, training, and week-one operations to ensure on-brand, on-time openings.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ServSafe certification, travel up to 80%, and ability to train store teams through the opening process.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain within the first 60 days.
• 2–4 years of restaurant, convenience store, retail, foodservice, or store opening experience.
• Strong operational knowledge including food safety, sanitation, merchandising, food preparation, equipment operation, POS systems, and back-office procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight and air travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of New Store Openings, including opening readiness, setup, training, and opening-week support.
• Coordinate equipment, stations, merchandising materials, smallwares, and supplies for store openings.
• Collaborate with Operators and store leadership to validate deliveries and readiness.
• Install NSO kits, signage, menus, graphics, and brand standards at new locations.
• Train Operators and store teams on food safety, recipes, equipment operation, and POS systems.
• Complete opening checklists and maintain required documentation (temperature logs, warranty submissions, etc.).
