Job summary

Krispy Krunchy Foods LLC seeks a Store Opening Specialist to lead in-store execution for New Store Openings (NSOs) across an assigned region. You will ensure opening readiness, training, operational setup, and a smooth post-opening transition to maintain brand standards.

The role requires strong organization, planning, and communication to execute opening plans, train Operators and store teams on safety, recipes, and systems, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Manager Certification required within 60 days.
• 2-4 years in restaurant/retail/foodservice or store openings.
• Strong operational knowledge including food safety, sanitation, merchandising, equipment operation, POS, back-office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Store Openings: readiness, setup, training, and opening-week support.
• Coordinate equipment, stations, merchandising, smallwares, and supplies for openings.
• Validate deliveries, equipment setup, and NSO kit/signage readiness.
• Train Operators and store teams on food safety, recipes, equipment, POS, and packaging for profit.
