Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a New Store Opener (Kindness Crew) to launch new locations across the East Coast, primarily NC/SC. You will oversee staffing, training, operations, marketing coordination, and community engagement to ensure successful openings and lasting stand culture.

The role requires hiring large teams, coordinating onboarding, and managing launches with energy and leadership. Occasional remote work is possible after openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Past coffee experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire 70-80 employees for each location.
• Coordinate onboarding and opening week schedules.
• Lead pre-opening, launch events, and post-opening training.
• Travel frequently along the East Coast to support openings.
