Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a New Store Opener to launch new locations across the East Coast, overseeing staffing, training, operations, and community engagement from pre-opening through launch.

The role requires recruiting 70–80 staff per site, coordinating onboarding, and partnering with marketing and operations to ensure a successful opening and long-term stand performance. Travel along the East Coast is expected during openings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry preferred.
• Prior coffee experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire 70–80 employees for each location.
• Coordinate onboarding through Paychex and Teamworx systems.
• Ensure inventory orders are complete and the stand is clean, organized, and fully set up.
• Lead community outreach efforts to distribute 10,000 beverages within the area.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure staff presence at openings.
• Lead and organize promotional events and opening-week activities.
• Train and develop managers and Brewistas in partnership with regional leadership.
