Buckle is opening a brand-new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC mid-September. We will hire many teammates to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience and support daily store operations.

The Store Support Teammate handles guest greetings, transactions, merchandising support, safety, and policy knowledge while upholding Buckle's ethics. No prior experience required; training provided; flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions by operating the POS software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Monitor security risks and follow company policies.
• Fulfill duties and special projects as assigned.
