Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC mid-September. The Freight Coordinator will support store operations, receiving and shipping shipments, backroom maintenance, and daily cleaning to ensure an excellent shopping experience for Guests.

Essential duties include freight reconciliation, packaging, FedEx communications, and maintaining shipment records. The role requires flexibility, ability to lift 50 lbs, and provides benefits after the waiting

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and match shipments.
• Prepare proper packaging and labeling for shipments to Guests and other stores.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and records.
• Develop knowledge of Buckle’s POS software.
• Fulfill Buckle’s mission by delivering high levels of customer service and supporting a positive team environment.
