Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a clinically competent RN to provide nursing care for residents on-site. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating care, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring effective communication with patients and families.

The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, maintain infection control standards, and work within a dynamic care team to deliver high-quality resident care. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary

A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementationand evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervisesand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RN licenseinstate of Wisconsin orlicensedin any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.(in good standing)
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
• Must be English literate andpossessexcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
