Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department's strategic direction, clinical standards, and regulatory compliance. You will coach and develop leaders, drive performance, and partner with executive leadership to elevate resident care.

This on-site role requires a Wisconsin RN license, long-term care experience, and proven nursing leadership. You will oversee staffing, quality initiatives, and collaborate with residents, families, and physicians

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure by reciprocity.
• Long-term care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams.
• Must be English literate with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

As Director of Nursing at Geneva Lake Manor, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the nursing department. You will set clinical standards, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing, coaching, and holding leaders accountable for exceptional outcomes. • CurrentRegistered Nurse (RN)license in Wisconsin (required)or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years nursing leadership experiencein long-term care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams
• Must be English literate andExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
