Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our 60-bed skilled nursing community. The LPN provides bedside care, administers medications, and collaborates with RNs, CNAs, and families to support residents' well-being.

We offer flexible scheduling (Days, PMs, NOCs and weekends), shift differentials, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, tuition reimbursement, and on-site teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin or eligible by reciprocity.
• CPR certification.
• English literate with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must meet physical and job-related requirements.
• Preferred: long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Preferred: clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Monitors performance and mentor CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

TheLPNmust beaclinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsibleparty, and all health team members.

PLUS $2.00per hourPM and$2.50 per hourNOC shift differentials

Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:

Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)

Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)

PLUSshift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Required:
