Job summary

Ralliant Corporation seeks a Senior Program Manager in Hollister, CA to lead complex defense programs from proposal through execution. You will own program plans, schedules, and budgets, supervise cross-functional teams, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing with technical program experience.
• 8–10 years program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading multiple programs with annual revenues > $30M USD.
• Experience with TINA compliant/cost volume submissions and contract negotiations on sole source contracts.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans for expanding business opportunities with customers.
• Profit and loss responsibility for assigned programs and projections.
• Lead major proposal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and support management and cost volumes for proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and price recommendations with customers.
• Train and mentor lower-level Program Managers; travel as required.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, ETC and EAC.
