Job summary
AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Brand Manager, NPI & Product Lifecycle Management to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain execution for the North America professional cosmetics portfolio, coordinating across brand management, R&D, Quality, regulatory, PDS&T, Packaging marketing, and CMOs to ensure timely, within-budget product commercialization to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of supply chain experience with at least 3 years in NPI or launches.
- Experience managing CMOs and external manufacturing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects for North America skincare brands.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, regulatory, manufacturing and marketing.
- Develop demand and supply plans and S&OP inputs for new products.
- Monitor CMO performance, capacity, and on-time delivery.
