Executive Talent Solutions in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an NPD Coordinator to help manage the entire new product development process. You'll support contracts, specs, templates and schedules, and liaise with international suppliers.
You'll work with a 10-person NPD team of designers, art directors, writers and managers in a fast-paced, in-house setting with travel for international supplier meetings.
We make unique and useful items designed in collaboration with artists all over the world. It all starts with our 10-person New Product Development (NPD) team, made up of designers, art directors, writers, and project managers. The team dreams up product ideas, directs and refines work by the artists who make those products, and collaborates with partner factories all over the world to manufacture about 120 new items each year that are sold in thousands of shops in the U.S. and overseas.
As NPD Coordinator, you’ll manage projects for all of these processes. You’ll help the NPD Manager to coordinate artist contracts; you’ll help develop product specifications, templates and schedules; and you’ll assist in selecting and communicating with dozens of international suppliers. There will be zigs and zags to every project, and you’ll work with the team to creatively solve both big and small challenges.
This is a full-time, in-house position in Pittsfield, Mass., smack in the middle of the beautiful, bucolic Berkshires – just a few hours drive from NYC and Boston.

This position will require some international travel.

3+ years of experience working in creative and collaborative environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
