Baptist Medical Center is hiring for a New Patient Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Department located at Baptist Medical Center.

This is a Full Time Day shift opportunity working an 8:00am-5:00pm schedule in Jacksonville, FL.

The New Patient Coordinator will assist the Behavioral Health Department by accurately registering new patient and preforming other clerical duties. This position requires an intermediate level knowledge of insurance, medical records, multi-line telephone, excellent customer service skills, ability to match patient care needs with services available, and good judgment triaging patients with acute needs over the phone.
