Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager to join our Boulevard American Bistro leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, partner with the GM, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams, manage scheduling and labor costs, maintain high standards of hospitality and food quality, and support promotions and events.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials.
