Job summary

IDN Global, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and execute sales plans for locksmith dealers and commercial accounts in the New Orleans and Southern Louisiana region, including Metairie, Kenner and Gretna.

The role emphasizes profitability and growth aligned with company values. You will build business plans, manage a territory, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting to meet activity and revenue targets while using CRM

Qualifications

• 3–10 years sales experience in a distribution environment.
• Strong product knowledge in mechanical door hardware, electronic access control systems, and/or doors and frames.
• Willingness to travel and work throughout New Orleans and Southern Louisiana area.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Directly responsible for all sales activities pertaining to locksmiths and related new account development in the New Orleans and Southern Louisiana area (territory).
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
• Maintains accurate records/reporting related to call scheduling, activity reporting, and contact management using the company CRM.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
