Job summary

IDN Global, Inc. in New Orleans seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable growth across locksmith dealers and commercial accounts in New Orleans and Southern Louisiana.

You will develop a business plan, manage an assigned territory, travel throughout the region, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting to meet goals while maintaining CRM records and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years sales experience in a distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Strong product knowledge in mechanical door hardware, access control, and doors/frames.
• Willingness to travel and work throughout New Orleans and Southern Louisiana.
• Strong computer skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Cross-functional team player.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy to attain company goals.
• Directly responsible for sales activities for locksmiths and new accounts in the territory.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales performance.
• Maintain records and reporting for calls, activity, and CRM entries.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and ethics codes.
