Job summary

Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing seeks a Customer Service Representative to book appointments for our Whole Home Experts. You will master the call script, convert calls into service bookings, and keep the CRM up to date while coordinating with dispatch and leadership.

The role runs Monday–Friday 12:00pm–9:00pm in our New Orleans area team, with a benefits package including health insurance, a 401k match, PTO, and a clear career path. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Master our call script to sound like a pro and delight our customers.
• Turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked service appointments.
• Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information.
• Constantly communicate with dispatch and leadership teams.
• Multitask and tackle any other duties that come your way.
