Job summary

Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing is hiring a sales associate to contact customers with open invoices, re-engage leads, and close deals. Excellent phone skills and a talent for creating urgency are essential as you build client relationships and grow with the team.

You will work in a commission-based role with a potential to earn $70,000+ annually, including 100% paid employee medical insurance and a 401k plan with company match.

The Big Task

You will conduct outbound calls to customers with open service invoices and follow up with leads that were not converted in the field. The goal is to identify sales opportunities, re-engage potential customers, and contribute to achieving overall department sales goals.

Great phone skills and the ability to create a sense of urgency.

Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
