SUMMARY

The Strategic Partnerships Executive (SPE) is responsible for:

  • expanding Acro’s business with the State of New Mexico (SoNM), a 28-year client, by delivering high-touch service and building strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders through regular visits and appropriate engagement; and
  • selling Acro’s services to other government entities and businesses in New Mexico and additional accounts assigned by Acro.

Current services to SoNM include IT staffing and consulting. The SPE will promote these and additional offerings: non-IT white-collar staffing (e.g., professional, engineering, finance/accounting), managed service provider (MSP) services, and vendor management system (VMS) services. This role focuses on professional placements and, to a lesser extent, non-professionals. The SPE should be comfortable introducing Acro’s deliverables-based IT services and arranging meetings with IT solutions experts as needed. The SPE acts as the subject matter expert on assigned accounts, guiding Acro recruiters and clients to maximize placements and ensure retention throughout assignment terms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A) SoNM-Related Duties

  • Maintain and Increase Headcount at Existing SoNM Accounts:
  • Build long-term relationships via substantive exchanges of information (SEIs), including in-person meetings (office visits, meals, etc.).
  • Stay updated on job requirements and monitor quality/quantity of candidate submissions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to provide information and ensure maximum placements.
  • Deliver prompt, collaborative service and identify other approved strategies to maintain/increase headcount.
  • Identify and Sell to New SoNM Departments:
  • Include SEIs with new SoNM managers in weekly sales plans; present Acro’s credentials and request opportunities.
  • Prioritize new job orders internally; review candidate profiles to ensure alignment.
  • Schedule interviews, support onboarding, and ensure post-start satisfaction.
  • Recommend and implement ethical, approved strategies for outreach and engagement.

B) Other Accounts (Non-SoNM)

  • Sales to Private and Public Entities in NM:
  • Include SEIs with prospects in weekly plans; present Acro’s background and request service opportunities.
  • Prioritize delivery of approved services; ensure they meet/exceed expectations.
  • Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and suggest approved strategies for growth.

C) Maximizing Impact of SPE Role

  • Meet with clients/MSPs to gain insight beyond job descriptions; research clients to inform recruiters.
  • Hold daily syncs with recruiters to share updates, provide client feedback, and plan submissions.
  • Guide improvements in candidate alignment and sourcing strategy; review candidate profiles when needed.
  • Escort and prep candidates for interviews if applicable; gather insights for future placements.
  • Troubleshoot service issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Promote retention by facilitating performance evaluations, wage adjustments, bonuses, etc.
  • Understand client metrics and help ensure Acro ranks among top suppliers; identify growth avenues.
  • Network with clients/MSP reps for referrals; pursue service opportunities in other MSP programs.
  • Prepare monthly performance analyses and metric updates for SVP and Acro management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of open positions, submissions, and statuses at all times.
  • Proactively suggest and implement approved strategies for improving placement rates.
  • Build relationships with Acro’s assigned temporary workers; gather intel on upcoming needs.
  • Support sales of other Acro divisions, including outsourcing and consulting services.
  • Record activities in Acro’s CRM; submit reports and participate in goal planning.
  • Collaborate on special projects and with internal teams as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
