Job summary

Public Service Company of New Mexico seeks a Community Outreach and Engagement Manager to lead corporate citizenship programs across the company and its subsidiaries, aligning initiatives with goals, values, and mission.

The role partners with government relations, media, and strategic partners to position the company as a trusted community partner while directing foundation activities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven to nine years related experience in corporate citizenship, non-profit management, and philanthropy, to include two years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and oversees the execution of the corporate citizenship strategy, vision, mission, and goals
• Collaborates with other members of Public Policy team to ensure all elements of corporate public policy are integrated, congruent, and effective
• Works closely with subsidiary community involvement programs to ensure that local programs align with overall corporate citizenship strategy
• Researches and develops innovative corporate citizenship initiatives to span all subsidiaries and promote, enhance, and empower long and short-term goals, vision, and strategic imperatives
• Collaborates with corporate communications and marketing to effectively and proactively position the Company as good corporate citizen with various groups
