Job summary

Stripe, a leading financial infrastructure platform, seeks a senior PMO to own global regulatory programs from strategy to execution in a highly visible IC role. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and GTM to deliver large-scale initiatives with autonomy and impact.

You’ll design long-term visions, manage detailed plans, build templates, and unblock teams across functions to accelerate collaboration and compliant growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM in fast-paced growth environments.
• Hands-on execution track record leading multi-stakeholder plans from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences.
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn, adapt, and seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-stakes global programs end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Improve operational processes and build workflows that impact top-line metrics.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy with GTM and account leadership.
• Create operating models across diverse cross-functional teams to align workstreams.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution with data-driven insights.
• Diagnose gaps and build self-healing processes and scalable infra.
• Champion Stripe’s Operating Principles and a high-performance culture.
