Job summary

Kiva Confections is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with accounts in an assigned geographic market. You will be the primary contact for these accounts and drive revenue by building strong partnerships with retailers and buyers.

In this role, you will meet or exceed revenue targets, collaborate with trade marketing, and use data-driven insights to optimize programs. This position requires being based in New Jersey and traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must reside in New Jersey and have valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with accounts in assigned geographic market.
• Achieve revenue targets and develop collaborative programs with retail partners.
