Justice Grown seeks a Field Brand & Sales Representative to drive brand growth in Central New Jersey through consumer engagement, events, and direct sales support. You will educate consumers, activate retail experiences, and build strong relationships with budtenders and store staff.

The role emphasizes event execution, in-store merchandising, and ongoing market feedback to leadership.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Represent brands at dispensary events, markets, and community events.
• Execute in-store activations that drive sales and loyalty.
• Educate consumers on products, effects, and promotions.
• Plan event logistics and coordinate staffing.
• Visit 15–30 dispensary accounts weekly and build relationships.
• Drive in-store sales through staff education and merchandising.
