UnionMain Homes, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive home sales and closings in the Fate, TX area. You will meet with prospective buyers, assess needs, and build rapport to guide them through design, financing, construction, and closing processes.

You will also leverage our sales technology, maintain market knowledge, and manage on-site signage and follow-up activities to ensure timely buyer progression and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales success in home building or related industries.
• Entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and insurance for travel by automobile.
• Proficient in standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed company-established sales and closing goals.
• Meet and build rapport with prospective buyers and determine home needs and interests.
• Convert community traffic to sales to meet Company goals.
• Follow up promptly with all potential buyers.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the lender capture rate goal.
• Maintain knowledge of sub-market competition and communicate options to customers.
• Assist buyers through the design, loan, start, construction, and closing process to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Develop knowledge of home features and pricing to inform customers.
• Utilize UMH sales technology, including automated contracts and CRM software.
• Place and monitor all on-site signage as needed.
