Job summary

M/I Homes in Missouri is seeking an enthusiastic New Home Sales Assistant to support the New Home Consultant during the sales process. You will learn and apply company guidelines, assist with monthly competitive analyses, and participate in realtor outreach to generate traffic and interest in communities.

Weekend work is required. If not yet licensed, you may pursue state real estate courses to earn a license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent with relevant sales/marketing training and at least one year of retail sales experience or training. Real estate license required.
• Willingness to pursue real estate license if not currently licensed.
• Weekend work required and capacity to learn and apply company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent M/I Homes professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Assist the New Home Consultant in developing and executing sales/marketing plans and in presenting to customers and realtors.
• Demonstrate models, inventory homes, and homesites, discussing features and benefits and asking for the sale.
