Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a sales-driven environment.

• Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent M/I Homes professionally with a positive attitude.
• Support the New Home Consultant in developing a sales plan.
• Demonstrate models and discuss features with customers and realtors.
• Register customers and input data in the Pivotal system.
• Assist in marketing outreach and weekend sales activities.
