Job summary

M/I Homes in Michigan is seeking a motivated individual to support the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process, learning essential skills in sales and marketing and helping to maintain community integrity. You will participate in weekly realtor outreach, model openings, and customer interactions to drive traffic and interest in new home communities.

If not yet licensed, you will take required state courses to pursue a Real Estate Sales license and you will participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; real estate license preferred or required.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of communities and competitive offerings.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and realtors.
• Open models and prepare presentations for customers and visitors.
• Input and manage customer information and follow-ups in company systems.
• Support marketing activities and develop working relationships with realtors.
