Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows and Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize new software.
• Superior organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of activities and communications surrounding home closings, including deposits and contract documents.
• Maintain the quick-move-in home list and priority registration for neighborhoods.
• Coordinate MLS and company website listings; create digital buildouts in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns or system issues.
• Ensure design studio samples are accurate and displayed; assist buyers with color selection.
• Maintain inventory of refreshments at the model home; assist in light cleaning and seasonal décor.
• Serve as substitute for market coordinator as needed.
