Job summary

6 Degrees Search in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales to drive growth in a competitive market. The role centers on guiding buyers through the purchase process, presenting our building process, and using proven sales methods to close deals.

Candidates should have 2+ years in inside/outside sales, preferably in new construction, with strong communication, negotiation, and financial qualification skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Business/Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales experience; new construction sales preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and PC skills.
• Real estate license not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete info.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building steps to closing.
• Support and coach others on the sales team with best practices.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting the building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially and understand finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Respond to leads and schedule meetings with potential buyers.
