This role requires guiding prospects through the purchase process while utilizing a CRM to manage leads. You’ll meet with potential homebuyers, showcase model homes, and negotiate contracts. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective buyers to discuss their needs and preferences for new homes.
• Show model homes and available inventory to potential buyers.
• Follow-up with prospects using the CRM system as per standardized process.
• Manage the sales process from contract to closing for home purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to generate leads.
