Job summary

The candidate should have 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home construction, with strong communication and team skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home construction sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Business/Marketing is desirable.
• Real estate license is not required or preferred.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and apply objection handling to close sales.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete demographic info.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
