Tom Trese Networking LLC in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales to drive growth in the local market. You will leverage inside/outside sales experience to overcome objections and create urgency to buy.

You will guide buyers through mortgage options, lot purchases, finishes, and the construction timeline toward a successful closing, while mentoring teammates and sharing best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of solid inside/outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.
• Knowledge of prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficient PC user.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections and create urgency to buy.
• Register 100% of prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage options, lot purchases, finishes, and the building process toward closing.
• Provide coaching and share best practices with the sales team.
• Utilize proven sales processes to build rapport and identify buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially for conventional, FHA, VA programs and tax benefits.
