Starlight Homes seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the process with exceptional service and options from its brand family. This commission-based role includes four weeks of training and ongoing support from a collaborative team.

You will learn the Starlight and Ashton Woods sales processes, build realtor relationships, and drive appointments by following up with leads and maintaining a high level of customer care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Real estate license may be required by state.
• Valid driver's license.
• Weekend availability.
• Work onsite at the model home within the community.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound interactions and educate buyers about products.
• Develop and deliver a effective sales presentation and set appointments.
• Generate and follow up with prospects, and close appointments.
• Enter leads and communication into Salesforce daily.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and community professionals.
• Present Starlight Homes and Ashton Woods models knowledgeably to prospects.
• Maintain a high level of customer care and ensure smooth buyer journeys.
