Job summary

Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home purchase journey with exceptional service. This commission-based role rewards performance, with training provided and access to the Starlight/Ashton Woods sales process.

Qualifications

2+ years of direct sales or customer service experience.
Real estate license may be required depending on state.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales process through inbound/outbound engagement and educate prospects on products.
Schedule appointments, close follow-ups, and maintain high activity levels.
Build relationships with realtors and clients; use Salesforce for lead management.
Present homes knowledgeably and act as a subject matter expert on the building process.
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction throughout the home buying journey.
