Starlight Homes seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home purchasing journey, learning the Starlight and Ashton Woods sales processes while delivering exceptional service. You will help buyers move from interest to contract and participate in weekly team meetings.

This role emphasizes high activity, follow-up with prospects, and building realtor relationships, with comprehensive training provided and a commission-based compensation structure.

Qualificações

• Direct sales or customer service experience required.
• Real estate license may be required by state.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service and educate prospects about products.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Maintain high activity with lead follow-up and appointment setting.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and keep communication clear.
• Enter leads and communications into Salesforce daily.
• Build relationships with realtors and conduct business with them.
