Qualifications

• 2+ years in new home sales or related consultative sales environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance and revenue goals.
• Knowledge of residential homebuilding or real estate industry preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective customers to create a welcoming first impression reflecting the Park Square Homes brand.
• Perform needs assessments to identify motivations, lifestyle preferences, financial readiness, and long‑term goals.
• Deliver personalized, consultative sales presentations highlighting features and value of Park Square Homes.
• Guide customers through model homes, inventory homes, sites, and community amenities for informed decisions.
• Educate customers on the homebuilding/purchasing process, timelines, financing steps, and closing procedures.
• Demonstrate closing techniques by addressing objections and guiding toward purchases.
