Park Square Homes in Punta Gorda, FL seeks a New Home Counselor to manage the full lifecycle of the homebuying experience, from initial interaction through contract execution and closing. This consultative sales role requires strong relationship-building and goal-oriented service to help customers achieve homeownership.

You will collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer journey, educate on timelines and financing, and meet or exceed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in new home sales or residential real estate preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and revenue goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective customers to establish a welcoming first impression.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify motivations, lifestyle, and financial readiness.
• Deliver personalized presentations communicating features, benefits, and value.
• Guide customers through model homes, inventory, and community amenities.
• Educate on homebuilding/purchasing process including financing and closing.
