Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant Trainee to engage visitors, learn Lennar’s selling philosophy, and develop market knowledge across communities in Texas. You will generate leads, support the sales process, and participate in promotions while training in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.
Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma, and a willingness to obtain required licenses and training.

Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver’s license to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and conduct other meetings. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
